Colee James is Brooklyn based country artist bringing back the nostalgic sounds of 1960’s classics with a modern twist. She writes true stories of juke boxes and blue jeans that buzz in your head long after her songs stop playing. With a Texas pawnshop guitar and book full of songs she composed her first album inspired by the country life she left for big city lights. “Hymn for a Cowboy” was born as a compilation of leaving songs and love songs dedicated to the South that saved her -Music that will make you feel a lot  like you just woke up from a honky tonk dream somewhere down a dirt road laced with flowers.

You can look forward to hearing Colee’s first full length album this Spring.
